My memories of Alice are fond
She was talkative, slender and blonde
But she vomited twice
As she tried to entice
Me into an intimate bond

Doubtless, her middle-class ways
Were effective in Bromley and Hayes
But her squat full of mice
And her pubic lice
Showed a rather off-putting malaise

I would love to see Alice once more
Upright, not sprawled out on the floor
But she spurned my advice
On the issue of price
Disappeared, and passed into folklore
