And here’s the tile design for my new kitchen, which I conceived without referring to anything except my imagination and the tiles available in a local shop:
OK – Van Doesburg has a big floor, I have small walls, but I was struck by the similarity.
Now I know that I’m avant-garde. At least for the 1930s, when this place was built.
