The flood of “how to”, exploitative, useless Twitter guides which are now appearing is indeed patronising, as intelligent commentators have noted. There is but one way to play, and that is: PLAY.

I was thrilled to be a small part of the spontaneous eruption of a game last evening, which at times had me laughing like a drain, and which in a few short minutes became the most popular (i.e. “trending”) topic on Twitter. Apparently, according to these strange tweets, I achieved some fleeting status because of my contributions. Most importantly, it doesn’t matter one tiny bit.
