This limerick is a collaboration with my Twitter friend @maresidotes – I wrote the first two lines, and she completed it marvellously.

The limerick’s a form which is blessed
Three lines have three syllables stressed
These poems can be bawdy,
E’en sometimes get naughty,
So write them while you are undressed!
